Can't wait for it to come out
I got this book really early for some reason (I think German Amazon might have messed up), but here's my review of it. I went for a good safe middle ground with this book. I'm very happy it exists because I've been reading these books for years and remember when I first found Marked. Also, I'm so happy to revisit with Aphrodite and Stark, my two favourite characters in the series. But on the other hand, I already feel like the series did not need 12 books to begin with. I was ok with how the House of Night series ended. When this book popped up I found myself curious as to how things would proceed. I found myself bored with most of the book. A circle inevitably happens, which is interrupted by Aphrodite's mother, and all kinds of chaos occurs, but primarily evil red fledglings and vampyres from another world. Th ...more
Loved is the first book in the new House of Night Other World series. This book is basically a continuation of the 12 book House of Night series by the same authors. This is a YA paranormal series. I would say that this book is meant to be read after reading the rest of the original series. However the authors do summarize the characters and plot-lines at the beginning of Loved.
There will be spoilers from the House of Night series.
